Make a video and share your story on social

  • How have you experienced barriers in your life? What obstacles impact your daily living?
  • This year, we want to highlight the differences between what society believes are barriers versus accessibility barriers that many people in our community face routinely.
  • Cell phone videos are OK! Please shoot your video in a well-lit, quiet area (if possible), on landscape (horizontal) setting.
  • Feeling camera shy or don’t have lived experience with disabilities but want to support? You can share a video or photo of someone who’s journey has inspired you to join the movement or the accessibility barrier you feel needs to be addressed now.
  • Share your video, or one of ours on your social media channels. Make sure to use the #rollingthroughbarriers and tag us on Facebook @sciontario.org, on Instagram & Twitter @sci_ontario , on LinkedIn @Spinal Cord Injury Ontario, and on YouTube @SpinalCord InjuryOntario.
